Q: How do I enroll in a Dental CE Made Easy™ course?
A: Select a course from our Courses Page; complete the checkout process (be sure to have your dental license number for CE — we take this as a required field at checkout). You will receive an email with instructions on how to access your course materials within 10 minutes of purchase. If something goes wrong, email us immediately with your concerns at ask@dentalcemadeeasy.com or text: 941-302-2110.
Q: How much does a course cost?
A: Prices vary depending upon the amount of CE you want to complete. Go to our Membership page to check out the options:
INDIVIDUAL COURSE PASS: Perfect for clinicians seeking education on a specific topic. Most courses earn 2 hours of CE (2 hours in length) and typically include a fun, cool exercise/lab incorporated within your course time. We like you to feel and experience the course curriculum and walk away with valuable tips and cool tools you can take back into your work environment.
WELLNESS MEMBERSHIP: Designed for dental professionals who want ongoing support for personal and professional well-being. This is delivered as a bundle, with access to 12 courses, earning you 24 CEUs.
ALL-ACCESS MEMBERSHIP: This is the complete Dental CE Made Easy™ experience. 15 courses, earning you 30 CEUs. Plus discounts on conventions and team learning modules that are great for team meetings.
Q: How long do I have to complete a course after enrolling?
A: Course access lasts 2 years. Dental CE Made Easy™ updates the curriculum periodically and as needed, but this will not affect your access or CE-earning ability.
Q: Can I stop partway through a course and finish it later?
A: Yes, our learning platform will save your place automatically. Keep in mind that you can only run one of our CE courses at a time.
Course Completion & CE Credit
Q: How many CE credit hours will I earn?
A: Each course lists its CE credit hours on its course page and in the course materials. For example, Injury Prevention & Risk Management for Dental Professionals and The 10-Minute Operatory Reset™ are each worth 2 hours of continuing education credit. If there is a lab or exercise included within the course, that time counts toward your CE-earning power.
Q: What score do I need on the quiz to pass?
A: You must score 80% or better on the end-of-course quiz to earn CE certification for that course.
Q: What happens if I don’t score 80% on my first attempt?
A: You can retake the quiz if you don’t pass. Retakes are currently set to unlimited. We write our quizzes so that you can accomplish the 80% goal with a fair amount of ease. (Remember — it’s Dental CE Made Easy!)
Q: Will this course be accepted for CE credit by my state dental board?
A: CE acceptance requirements vary by state dental board and license type, so we recommend confirming your specific board’s requirements before relying on any course for license renewal.
Certificates & Records
Q: How will I receive my CE certificate?
A: Your CE certificate is emailed to you automatically once you complete the course and score 80% or better on the quiz.
Q: I didn’t receive my certificate, or I’ve lost it. What do I do?
A: Reach out through our online help area, “Ask an Instructor,” or email us at ask@dentalcemadeeasy.com with your:
- Name
- Email Address
- Dental License Number
- State
- Course Title
- Date of Course Completion
We will research and resend the certificate, or let you know if data was incomplete and help you get to completion — easily.
Q: How long should I keep my CE certificates and records?
A: Recordkeeping requirements vary by state dental board, so we recommend checking your specific board’s requirements and retaining your certificates for at least as long as your board requires.

Include the course title and as much detail as you can, and a qualified dental professional will personally respond. Q: How quickly will I get a response?
A: You can expect a response within 1–2 business days.
