Position
Jill Obrochta is a nationally recognized dental educator, speaker, entrepreneur, and former founder of Dental Enhancements®, one of the dental industry’s leading OSHA and HIPAA training organizations.
For more than two decades, Jill has helped thousands of dental professionals simplify complex regulations, strengthen practice systems, and create exceptional patient experiences. Her unique teaching style blends clinical excellence, practical application, professional growth, and clinician well-being.
In addition to her dental credentials, Jill holds a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification and is passionate about helping dental professionals build healthier, more sustainable careers through education, movement, mindfulness, and stress-reduction strategies.
Her mission is simple: to help dental professionals learn, grow, thrive, and navigate meaningful career transitions when new opportunities call.
EFREN DE ANDA
Position
Efrén De Anda brings more than two decades of experience supporting professionals through technology, training, communication, and workplace performance initiatives. His career began in the technology sector, helping businesses nationwide implement technology solutions, optimize office systems, and navigate the ever-evolving world of software and digital integration. Throughout his career, he has worked extensively with dental practices and dental professionals across the country, developing a firsthand understanding of the unique challenges facing today’s clinical teams.
Building upon that foundation, Efrén advanced into training and leadership roles with nationally recognized organizations including Home Depot, Bask, and TeleTech, where he specialized in customer experience, human behavior, communication dynamics, stress response, and conflict resolution.
Today, Efrén combines his expertise in technology, professional development, and behavioral science to help dental professionals create healthier, more productive work environments. Through Dental CE Made Easy, he is passionate about helping clinicians discover practical tools that foster resilience, reduce stress, strengthen workplace relationships, and support greater career satisfaction and overall well-being.
